Matt Pack is the Director of Conference & Event Services, and the Sales Manager of Graylyn International Conference Center. He has the opportunity to present guests with the Wake Forest experience, and assist the Reynolda campus in hosting events and overnight guests at Graylyn. He partners with the conference staff and Facilities Management staff to provide excellent customer service to conference and camp visitors.
Matt received his Bachelors of Arts in History from Kentucky Wesleyan College and a Masters of Arts in Sport Psychology from Murray State University.
In his free time he enjoys hiking, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
Sharon Melnik has over 30 years experience in providing professional and memorable customer service, 20+ have been spent serving the Wake Forest community. She has been recognized professionally by her peers with the honor of being named the finalist for the employee of the year and is a valued resource when called upon by colleagues.
She is a member of ACCED-I and has presented at both regional and annual conferences. She serves on the Wake Forest advisory team with EMS, and collaboratively assists faculty and staff with event management.
Sharon is a triad native and takes pride in her community.
Sara Phillips graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, in Art Education. Though she loves East Carolina Pirates, having grown up in Winston Salem, she has always had a love for the Demon Deacons and enjoys being a part of the Wake Forest University community.
Her creative background, passion for helping others, and ability to provide exceptional customer service has become the foundation for her career path in hospitality.
Sara lives in Winston Salem, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
