Reservations & Policies


Wake Forest University is open for use by the public for special events and on campus conferences and meetings on a limited basis. Wondering if your event is a Conference or a Special Event?

  • Conference — national, regional, and association meetings, generally including more than one day. These events might require the following services: meeting space, outdoor space, gym space, shuttle services, hotels, etc.
  • Special Event — a one day event including lecture, outdoor activities, etc. (ex. Lecture, reception, book signing, etc.)
